Vernon Jones

A memorial service for Mr. Vernon Jones, age 86, will be held at 4 pm Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Battlefield Apostolic Church in Jackson, TN with Bro. J.J. Jones officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 2 – 4 pm before the service.

Mr. Jones passed away at his home in Millington, TN on January 31, 2024. He was born on July 30, 1937, in Jackson, TN to the late Howard William Jones and Louise Carnell Jones.

Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Betty Jones; son, Richard Maxwell Jones; brother, Johnny Jones; sisters, Debbie Jones Richardson, Melba Jones Sorrell; granddaughter, Robin Faye Thompson (Corey).
