Thelma Geneva King

Funeral services for Mrs. Thelma Geneva King, age 83, will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Bro. Ryan King officiating. Interment will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 11 am – 1 pm before the service.

Mrs. King passed away on January 22, 2025, in Jackson, TN. She was born on April 9, 1941, in Haywood County to the late L.R. Hilliard and Edwina Snyder Hilliard. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jerry King.

Mrs. King is survived by her sons, Steve King (Rebecca), Darrell King (Cindy); brother, Robert Hilliard (Amy); grandchildren, Ryan King, Kyan King (Ericca), Tasha Elder (Calvin), Brittany Stang (Gavin), Joshua King, Sassy Ketchum (Kolby), Erica Knight; great grandchildren, Landon, Celease, Dave-Allen, Waylon, Nemisis, and Ridge.
