Robert O Perkins

Funeral services for Mr. Robert O. Perkins, age 77, will be held at 1 pm Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at Faith Fellowship Church with Ken Frye officiating. Interment will follow in Parkburg Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 11 am – 1 pm before the service.

Mr. Perkins passed away peacefully at his home in Jackson, TN on January 21, 2023. He was born on April 12, 1945, to the late Olie V. Perkins and Ola Chandler Perkins. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ruth Collins.

Mr. Perkins is from Bemis, TN. He loved his family, music, especially playing and singing in church, and bass fishing with his sons. A special thanks to Avalon Hospice for their care.

Mr. Perkins is survived by his wife, Pam Perkins; sons, Robert O. Perkins, Jr., Michael Todd Perkins, John Puckett, Michael Ferguson; daughter, Terri Taylor (Richard); brother, Rocky Lee Perkins; sisters, Patsy Haggard; nephew, Jon Kincaid, and numerous nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Collin Perkins (Kacey Garcia), Cayce Perkins, Chloe Perkins, Courtney Perkins, Dillon Taylor (Lesli Pineda), Matthew Puckett, Hailey Puckett, and Kalista Puckett.

Pallbearers for the service are Danny Richardson, Ricky Collins, Chad Perkins, Landon Perkins, and John Puckett. Honorary pallbearers are Bill Heidelberg, Donald Jones, Larry Joe Ross, and Myles Perkins.
