Richard Leroy Owens, age 66, was born on September 24, 1954, in Day County, Florida. He passed away in Jackson, Tennessee on March 18, 2021. Mr. Owens from Henning, Tennessee retired from the United States Navy. The family has chosen cremation at this time. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
