Norm Bradley Scroggins

Graveside services for Mr. Norm Bradley Scroggins, age 48, will be held on Monday, April 13, 2020, at 1 PM at Highland Memorial Gardens with Bro. John Norville officiating. Mr. Scroggins passed away on April 9, 2020, at Hillview Community Living Center. He was born on August 2, 1971, in Fort Worth, TX, to Norman Scroggins and Myra McRay. Mr. Scroggins is preceded in death by his father, Norman Scroggins; stepfather, Freddie Collins; sister, Karen Bowman Cooper. Mr. Scroggins is survived by his mother, Myra Collins. To limit the spread of COVID-19 so normal life and activities may resume, the governor has ordered that persons in the State of TN shall not participate in social gatherings of ten (10) or more people. We ask all to limit time in the funeral home and to refrain from hugging and shaking hands for the safety of all.
