Mary Wade Alexander

Graveside services for Mrs. Mary Wade Alexander, age 92, will be held at 2:30 pm Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Marty Comer officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 25 Pleasant Hill Rd., Jackson, TN 38301 or to Sand Ridge Baptist Church, 7535 US-412, Lexington, TN 38351.

Mrs. Alexander passed away on October 13, 2023 in Jackson, TN. She was born on July 14, 1931 in Medon, TN to the late Issac Elton Wade and Lucy Starkey Wade. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, C.L. Alexander, Jr.; sons, Clifford “Chip” Alexander, Richard DeWayne “Ricky” Alexander; daughter, Donna Kay Alexander; granddaughter, Emilee Kaye White; brother, William Wade, and Harley Wade.

Mrs. Alexander is survived by her son, Paul B. Alexander (Donna); daughters, Pat Alexander White (Bobby Joe), Avis “Abby” Alexander Lennon (Dennis); six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
