Mrs. Martha Jane Deloach Walker passed away Sunday the December 6, 2020, at the age of 94. Graveside services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Hollywood Cemetery in Jackson TN. Martha Jane DeLoach Walker was the youngest daughter of Wilbon Moore DeLoach & Lucy Jane Smith DeLoach and was born in the Oakfield community, at home on May 2, 1926. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl "Speedo" Walker; siblings, Edward Moore DeLoach, Marie Sue Senter, John Wilbon DeLoach, Evelyn Ann Walls, Smith Hamilton DeLoach; her daughter, Joyce Anne Walker Pruett, and granddaughter, Debbie Pruett. Martha Jane was a loving and devoted wife, parent, and grandparent. Throughout her life she was a farmer, gardener, banker, a bookkeeper, and an entrepreneur. She brought joy and kindness to everyone she knew. She had a love for flowers and gardening. She and Earl were members of many churches, most recently Grace Presbyterian on Campbell street in Jackson, TN. She is survived by her grandson, Hank Pruett (Erin); her great grandchildren, Ethan Pruett, and Hayden Pruett; her nephews, Bill Walls (Pam), John DeLoach, Ronald Walker; nieces, Anne Lindsey (Rick), Suellen Senter, Kathryn Johnson, Mary Corby Zimelis, and Wanda Walker Lee (Wayne).
