Funeral services for Mrs. Margie W. Dunavant, age 85, will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, October 15, 2018, in the chapel of Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Dr. Phil Jett and Dr. Jerry Coln officiating. Interment will follow at East Laurel Cemetery. Mrs. Dunavant passed away October 13, 2018, in Jackson, Tennessee. She was born June 2, 1933, in Jackson, Tennessee to the late Herman and Odessie Donaldson Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Fred Dunavant; son, Billy Glen Anderson. Surviving relatives include her son, Gary Anderson (Wanda); daughter, Catherine Russell; sister, Carolyn Crownover; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
