Margaret Melissa Diffee Johnson

Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Melissa Diffee Johnson, age 95, will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, April 19, 2018, at Union Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Lyn Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Spring Cemetery. Mrs. Johnson passed away April 17, 2018, in Beech Bluff, Tennessee. She was born November 9, 1922 in Lexington, Tennessee to the late Robert and Carrah Richardson Diffee. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carmon Ray Johnson; son, Robert Ray Johnson; son-in-law, Johnny Hopper; sister, Mary Knipper; brothers, Samuel Diffee and Clark Diffee. Surviving relatives include her sons, James Johnson (Carolyn) and David Johnson (Diane); daughter, Betty Hopper and Mary Britt (Joe); daughter-in-law, Carolyn Johnson; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; nine great great-grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Johnson will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018, 5-8 pm at Union Grove Baptist Church.
