Memorial services for Mr. John Edward Thomas, Sr., age 72, will be held at 10:45 am Saturday, May 26, 2018, at Faith Assembly Pentecostal Church with Pastor Cartwright officiating. Mr. Thomas passed away May 23, 2018 at his home in Jackson, Tennessee. He was born May 23, 1946 in Jackson, Tennessee to the late Raymond C. Thomas, Sr. and Maudie Pruett Ward. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Marianne Thomas; brother, Raymond C. Thomas, Jr.; sister, Bobbie Ann Thomas; grandparents, Robert and Katie Pruett. Surviving relatives include his daughter, Kelley Sawyer (Stevie); son, John E. Thomas, Jr. (Lisa); brothers, Robert D. Thomas, Sr. (Gloria), Billy Ray Thomas; sister, Kathy Thomas Johnson (Jody); grandchildren, Dakota Webb and Troy Webb; great-grandchildren, Eli Bernard Webb and Carson Webb. Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, May 26, 2018, 9:00 am 10:45 am at Faith Assembly Pentecostal Church, 250 Chester Levee Road, Jackson, Tennessee 38301.
