Joan Sedivec

Funeral services for Ms. Joan Sedivec, age 75, will be held at 3 pm Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Souls Harbor Pentecostal Church with Bro. Ricky Graves officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakland Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 1pm-3pm on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 prior to the service.

Joan passed away at her home on October 30, 2023 in Trenton, TN where she resided with her daughter, Lisa and her husband Richard for the last three years as she bravely battled dementia. She was born on December 19, 1947, in Goshen, NY to the late Walter Kroposki and Cecelia Kroposki. Joan had a passion for flowers and gardening. She was a member of the Placitas Master Gardner’s Club. She loved being outdoors hiking and walking, especially loved going to the lake with her family and boating.

Ms. Sedivec is survived by her son, Kevin Graves (Dawn); daughter, Lisa Ann Ballinger (Richard); brother, Eugene Kroposki; sisters, Marcella Hopwood and Lorraine Kroposki; Grandchildren, Brooke, Brittany, Nicholas, Bryce, Aidan; Great grandchildren, Colby and Mason.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Graves, Brian Mathuews, Edward Ramsey, Nicholas Sackaris, Kevin Graves and Bryce Graves.
