Jimmy Dale Skipper

Mr. Jimmy Dale Skipper passed away on April 16, 2020, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born on June 27, 1953, in Aberdeen Maryland, to the late Norman Skipper and Annie Phillips Skipper. Mr. Skipper is survived by his wife, Lynda Skipper; step son, Jimmie "J" Allen Whittemore (Holly); brothers, Gary Skipper (Brenda), Norman "Skip" Skipper, Robert Skipper (JoAnn); sister, Becky Austin (Tony); granddaughter, Norah Jane Whittemore; many nieces and nephews. Mr. Skipper was a stain glass artist, teacher and he also was a sign painter. He worked the Valdez oil spill in Alaska and he assisted with the BSS troupe #38 in Skagway, AK. He was the president of F. O. E. #25 from 1992-93 and he was a member of the Elks Lodge #431 Skagway, AK. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
