Jere Lee Alphin, Jr.

Funeral services for Mr. Jere Lee Alphin, Jr., age 53, will be held at 11 am on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at East Trinity UMC with Bro. Steven Callicoat officiating. Interment will follow in Beech Bluff Cemetery. Mr. Alphin passed away on May 17, 2021. He was born on November 4, 1967, in Jackson, TN to Jere Lee and Patsy Barnette Alphin. Mr. Alphin, Jr. was an avid fisherman, and he loved the outdoors. Mr. Alphin is preceded in death by his father Jere Lee Alphin, Sr.; grandparents, Arlie Barnette, Martin and Julia Snell Alphin, Sue and Grover Elinor; sister, Julie Alphin; father-in-law, Bud Wells. Mr. Alphin is survived by his mother, Patsy Brockenborough (Ron); wife, Carol Ann Alphin; sons, Hunter Alphin, Colby Alphin; mother-in-law, Gayle Wells; sister-in-law, Sheila Freemont (Jeff); nephews, Drew Fancher (Tori), David Fancher (Jamie). Visitation with the family will be held from 5-8 pm on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, and from 10-11 am on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at East Trinity UMC. In lieu of flowers the family ask donations to be made to East Trinity UMC or the West TN Emmaus Community.
