Elsia Jan Smith

Jackson, TN Graveside serivces for Mrs. Elsia Jan Smith, age 75, will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Ridgecrest Cemetery. Mrs. Smith passed away June 24, 2021, in Jackson, TN. She was born on November 17, 1945, in Abilene, TX to the late Olan and Opal Lasater. Jan and Charlie married in 1966 and they lived in Jackson, TN. Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles "Charlie" Smith; brother, Clark Hicks. Mrs. Smith is survived by her brother, Mark Hicks (Ann); sister, Lavella McMillan (Ned); brother and sister-in-law, Homer and Ann Howell; nephews, Mark, Kelly, Jason, Seth, Trevor, Shannon, Corey, and Boyd Hicks, Todd Reel, Jay Howell; niece, Lisa Sharp, and many cousins. Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021, from 4-7 pm at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.
