David Big Wayne Phillips

David "Big Wayne" Phillips Wayne Phillips, age 61, born July 7, 1959, in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Carl and Beulah Phillips. Later moving to Cincinnati, Ohio where he spent his youth and young adult life. Big Wayne took his final ride at his home peacefully on March 6, 2021. A home in which he shared with his lifelong sweetheart and confidante Diane Harris of Jackson, TN. He spent his life as a member of the Iron Horseman Motorcycle Club, as a National Enforcer, retiring in the late 1990s, as the National Vice President. During these years he traveled the USA, riding his Harley Davidson wherever the road took him. He loved his family and friends, and the feel of the wind upon his face. He is survived by his sister, Carla Phillips Hall of Charleston, WV; nephew, Ronnie Tucker of Charleston, WV; daughters, Shannon Helton and grandchildren, Ashlynn, Sierra and Raelynn of Memphis, TN, Jennifer Stephenson (Patrick) and grandchildren, Jessica, Zach, Julian and Jett of Jackson, TN; sons, Zachary Landry (Adrienne) of Baton Rouge, LA, David Bryan (Kristan) and grandchildren, Skyler, Aubri, Grayson, Lex, and Tristan of Jackson, TN; one great grandchild, Porter McConaughy of Jackson, TN; a special person in his life, Kenny Hibbard (Michelle) of Union, KY. The family will be having a "Celebration of Life" for Big Wayne on April 10th, 2021, at 1pm to 5pm, at The Sadie Lou Bar located at 1438 Riverside Drive, Jackson, TN 38301.
