Charles Odell Jones

Funeral Services for Charles Odell Jones, age 86, will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Bro. Mickey Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Beech Bluff Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 10:00-11:00 before the service.

Mr. Jones passed away on June 13, 2024 in Jackson, TN. He was born on May 18, 1938, in Beech Bluff, TN to the late Charlie B. Jones and Mary A. Jones. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Lola Robison Jones; brother, Billy Wayne Jones; sister, Nora Ann Jones Pasley.

Mr. Jones is survived by his brother, Tommy Jones (Doris) and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers for the service will be Stan Harston, Tim Jones, Mark Jones, Dylan Middleton and Mickey Jackson. Honorary Pallbearers are Kenny Vernon and Fate Britt

Mr. Jones was a veteran serving in the Army. He also had a passion for music as he was a member of the Rockabilly Hall of Fame and a member of the Rainbow Ramblers beginning in 1955.
