Carl Heavner

Funeral services for Mr. Carl Heavner, age 92, will be held at 12 pm Monday, July 1, 2024, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Maurice Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 10 am – 12 pm before the service.

Mr. Heavner passed away on June 28, 2024, in Olive Branch, MS. He was born on April 25, 1932, in Madison County to the late Frank Heavner and Etta Whitworth Heavner. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bobbie Jean Heavner; brothers, Frank Oakley, Jr., Richard Oakley, James “Hooty” Heavner, and Robert Heavner.

Mr. Heavner is survived by his son, Anthony Heavner (Suzanne); brother, Jerry Wayne Heavner; sisters, Sandra Heavner King, Ruth Ann Heavner, Judy Heavner Deloach, Carol Heavner Glover; Debbie Heavner Hunt Parker; grandchildren, Collin Heavner (Natalie), and Jacob Heavner.
