Funeral services for Mr. Billy Ray Maness, age 86, will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Br. Clint Burkhead officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgecrest Cemetery. Mr. Maness passed away peacefully on July 25, 2021, at his home in Henderson, TN. He was born on April 7, 1935, in Henderson, TN to the late Millard Maness and Wilma Patterson Maness. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Jacky Maness; brother, Denny Maness; sister, Elsie Smith; grandsons, Trey Cummings, Chance Baskin; granddaughter, Linda Tims. Mr. Maness is survived by his wife, Lynda G. Maness; sons, Glyn Tims (Carol), David Tims (Beverly); daughters, Rhonda Wilson, Vickie Beshires, Monica Baskin, Connie Miller (Robert); brothers, Ravon Maness, Garry Maness (Jane); sister, Faye Pipkin (Bill); 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Visitation with the family will be held from 10 am – 1 pm on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home. The family request all who attened the service for Mr. Maness to please wear a face covering.
