Ben Johnson Dr. Lifsey, Sr.

Dr. Ben Johnson Lifsey, age 90, passed away on September 11, 2020, at Brookdale Jackson Oaks in Jackson, TN. He was born on October 28, 1929, in Charlotte, NC to the late George Glaydon Lifsey and Evelyn Weiss Lifsey. Dr. Lifsey is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara Cooch Lifsey; brother, George Glayden Lifsey, Jr.; sister-in-law Bettye Williams Lifsey; son in law, Stewart Wilson. Dr. Lifsey is survived by his son, Dr. Ben Johnson Lifsey, Jr. (Daron); daughters, Karen Wilson, Forrest Oliver (Ken); six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family requests that any donations to be made in memory of Dr. Lifsey to the Alzheimer's Association.
