Amanda Jane Stout

 Mrs. Amanda Jane Young Stout passed away on February 18, 2025, in Jackson, TN. She was born on December 17, 1976, in Savannah, TN to the late Thomas Ned Young and Janie Wilkerson. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Lacy Young.

 Amanda was a kind and caring soul. Her marriage and family were her world. Her love for her husband of 23 years, family, and friends was always on display for the world to see. She also had a tender heart and loved animals, as evident by the many that she took in. Anyone would have been lucky to have called her a friend. Amanda enjoyed reading, decorating, dressing in costume, and hosting parties. She loved her nephew and nieces so very much.

She will be missed, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. 

 Mrs. Stout is survived by her husband, Chris Stout; sister, Samantha Jane Young; uncle, Curtis Wilkerson; aunts, Sarah Benson, Betty Jo Young, Bonnie Murphy, Cleathie Young, Vicky Neil; nephew, J. W. Stanley; nieces, Cee Cee Stanley, Bee Stanley; lots of cousins.

 A celebration of life for Mrs. Stout will be held from 5-8 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.
