Alice Faye Jones

Graveside services for Mrs. Alice Faye Creasy Jones, age 78, will be held at 2 pm on Friday, August 13, 2021 at Sardis Cemetery with Dr. Manning Garrett officiating. Mrs. Jones passed away on August 11, 2021 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was born on July 13, 1943 in Jackson TN to the late Rev. Fred Cupples and Eva Johnson Cupples. She is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Edwin Creasy, Jr. Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, James L. Jones; sons Lloyd Creasy (Rita), Freddie Creasy (Keri); stepdaughters, Jacqueline Jones Temple (Johnny), Aretha Jones; brother, Randy Cupples (Tammy); nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, from 4 - 6 pm at Lawrence – Sorensen Funeral Home.
