Funeral services for Mrs. Catherine Singleton Gantt, age 82, will be held at 12 pm Monday, July 25, 2022, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Bro. Allen Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 am until service time. Mrs. Gantt passed away on July 22, 2022, in Jackson, TN. She was born on July 14, 1940 in Henderson County to the late Lonzie Perry and Gracie Maybell Singleton. Mrs. Gantt is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Johnny William Gantt, Sr.; daughter, Cathy Melinda Gantt; great granddaughter, Hailie Jayde Gantt; daughter-in-law, Tammy Lynn Gantt; several brothers and sisters. Mrs. Gantt is survived by her son, Johnny “Junior” Gantt; brother, William Singleton; sister, Shirley Wray (Billy); grandchildren, Tasha, Brian, Shelby, Keith, Kevin, Kyle, Ashley, and several great grandchildren.
